CS:GO: Most Competitive game in the World

Why is CS:GO: the Most Competitive game in the World | CS:GO Full Review: Counter-Strike Global Offensive is one of the most popular multiplayer game played from the time of its release. It is known for its good player base and competitive matches played worldwide. Counter-Strike is an objective-based, multiplayer first-person shooter. Two opposing teams—the Terrorists and the Counter-Terrorists—compete in game modes to complete objectives, such as securing a location to plant or defuse a bomb and rescuing or guarding hostages. At the end of each round, players are rewarded based on their individual performance with in-game currency to spend on more powerful weapons in subsequent rounds. Winning rounds results in more money than losing, and completing objectives such as killing enemy players gives cash bonuses. Uncooperative actions, such as killing teammates, results in a penalty.

So let’s get down to what made this game admired by large number for gamers. The history of Counter-Strike Global Offensive starts from the release of the Counter Strike 1.6 that was released in the year 2000. The gameplay of this game was so simple yet so demanding and strong. It was easy to play this game but hard to master, which opened its path for the competitive world or as we know of today’s E-sport.

Later in the series came Counter Strike Condition Zero and Counter Strike Source, which quickly became famous but could not make the impact the Counter Strike 1.6 had made. Unlike other Counter-Strike games, Condition Zero also contains a single-player mission pack with the player unlocking maps and more efficient bots as they pass certain requirements for each map while playing as a Counter-Terrorist.

As of April 15, 2009, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is one of the ten most played Half-Life modifications in terms of players, according to GameSpy.

However, like the other multiplayer games suffering from hackers, the CS:GO was no different. Even after so many updates, Valve’s VAC system is still struggling to identify the cheaters in the game. The cheaters are using different types of hacks in this game like- walling, aimbots, spinbots and many more.

Everyday thousands of people report a suspicious player that may be trying to cheat in the game but the developers VALVE are not doing enough to ban those cheaters and in return are losing the player base.

Time after time VALVE tries to give the players something new, something that can be appreciated by the players. Therefore, on the regular basis VALVE makes changes to its maps structure and Releases an “OPERATION” after each MAJOR Tournament.

It does not matter how much the game is affected the Counter Strike is one game that will always be preferred over any FPS games because of its competitiveness and the passion of its players for it.
