Location and Context of Forgotten Field
Forgotten Field may be found behind an illusory wall near a temple resembling a ziggurat, where an elevator lies between two staircases. There is a hidden dial puzzle there that will unlock a secret entrance to a hidden section with riches and foes. Defiler, a deadly Root adversary that can spew acid bullets, summon smaller spiders, and generate pools of corrosive ooze on the ground, may also appear. To fight it, you must evade its strikes, shoot its weak points, and employ fire or radiation damage to overcome its strong armor.
Steps to find and solve the secret dial puzzle in Forgotten Field
- Step 1: Go to the ziggurat-like temple in Forgotten Field. This is a large structure with stairs on both sides and an elevator in the middle.
- Step 2: Look for a fake wall near the temple. You can walk through it and enter a hidden room with a dial puzzle. The dial has four rings with different symbols on them.
