Palia: Where to Find All Flowstones: The Flowstone is a quest item required to complete the Plumehound Pilgrimage quest in Palia. After finding and following Tau’s Trail to the Temple of Flames, players will receive the broken Flow Battery, which they must repair by gathering the Flowstones.
In order to complete this quest, players must consult with NPCs Sifuu and Zeki in the underground. The Flowstones are scattered throughout Pavel Mines, and while the majority are easy to find, a bug may cause players to become stuck at the last one near the exit.

Palia: How to Get the Flowstones Quest: Plumehound Pilgrimage Quest
The quest for the Plumehound Pilgrimage begins with a simple, innocuous letter from Hassian. The letter only mentions Hassian’s special mission but does not go into detail about what it might entail. This could easily be misinterpreted as a quest about hunting skills, so talk to Hassian as soon as possible if you want this quest.
When you speak with Hassian, he explains that he needs your assistance in determining what Tau is doing in the middle of the night. Tau is specially trained to stay put at night, so Hassian notices something is wrong. Hassian will direct you to his grove in Bahari Bay.
The quest will instruct you to locate Tau’s tracks, but once you reach Hassian’s Grove, the instructions should change to “follow Tau’s tracks.” Tau’s tracks may be difficult to locate at first, especially if you are unfamiliar with what to look for. The best method is to follow the quest and look for a search location on the map.
If you run around the paths near Flooded Steps, you should come across a small mound of dirt with a faint sparkly light around it. You can interact with the dirt to obtain specific items. The pawprints near the dirt will point you in the right direction, and it is simple to follow them all the way to the end of the trail.
You will arrive at a set of ruins, and the last dirt pile to loot contains some technology that appears to be an ancient battery.
Where to Find All Flowstones in Palia
After discovering the broken Flow Battery, players must speak with Sifuu and then Zeki in the underground. After consulting with both NPCs, players will be given the goal of finding 5 Flowstones in total.
To find all five Flowstones, players must visit Pavel Mines. All 5 Flowstones are scattered throughout the Pavel Mines and can be found at the following locations:
- Flowstone near a ruin: The start of the Pavel Mines ruin entrance.
- Flowstone near water: On the rock left side of the pond where you catch fish in Pavel Mines.
- Flowstone near barrels: After obtaining the flowstone near the water, proceed up the staircase to the exit and then straight in the first mine path to find the Flowstone near a couple of barrels.
- Flowstone up high: To find this flowstone, players must go above the mountain and jump down three ledges.
- Flowstone near exit: This Flowstone will be near the Pavel Mines exit.
For some players in the game, the Flowstone near the exit is bugged. The other four flowstones are easy to find, but the final flowstone will not be there for you to pick up.
We found the first four flowstones, but the fifth flowstone was broken for us and many other players. Due to the bug, most players will become stuck at this point in the quest.
However, because it is one of the most important new quests in Palia, the developers may fix it quickly. So, make sure to return to the Pavel Mines’ exit to find the final Flowstone to progress in the quest.
