Unlock Jailbreak Perk
To equip quickhacks to the Monowire, players must first unlock the Jailbreak perk. This perk is part of Phantom Liberty’s brand-new Relic skill tree. Begin the expansion by meeting Songbird, who will provide V with three Relic points to spend.
More Relic points can be found throughout the expansion, particularly in the Dogtown district. The Jailbreak perk also gives each Cyberware arm new abilities.
Install Monowire Quickhacks.
