There are 3 different methods on how to play clash royale with friends. Feature someone to your friend list in Clash Royale — via a private link, Facebook or during a 2v2 battle.
Method 1: Adding friends on Clash Royale via personal invite link
Launch the game and follow the steps below to feature friends in Clash Royale by sending them an invitation link.
- Open the page and tap on the Social tab second tab from the right side on the bottom of the game screen.
- On the next page, your clan chat box will appear. Tap on the Friends tab on the top-right corner of the game screen while surfing.
- The next step is on the next screen, tap on Invite Friend (in the yellow box) button.
- Your invite link will appear on the screen. You can share that link with your friends from that menu or copy the link by tapping on the Copy icon on the top right corner of the share menu. Send it to your friends using other social media apps to complete the adding process.
Method 2: Adding your friends on Clash Royale via Facebook method.
- If you have added your Facebook account to the Clash Royale then automatically it will add your Facebook friends. Who are playing Clash Royale and have linked their Facebook account to the game.
- In case, if you haven’t already linked your Facebook profile to Clash Royale, then follow the steps below to do the same.
- You have to tap on the Social tab second tab from the right side on the bottom of the game screen.
- You will on the next page, your clan chat box will appear tap on the Friends tab on the top right corner of the game screen.
- It will open the next screen tap on the Facebook Connect button located at the bottom-right of the screen. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you’ve linked the accounts by following the steps, your friends from Facebook will automatically appear in the game.
Method 3: Adding a teammate in 2v2 Battle to your Friend list in the game.
In a 2v2 battle you will see the chat screen as shown below in the image.
- Tap on Add Friend button and the second button from the right on the bottom of the game screen. You can add your teammate as a friend till the time he’s also playing the same battle.
- If they exit the battle then you’ll have to add your teammate as a lover as you can see within the screen below within the chat box (Teammates name) has left the chat.
